Inside the center
Built for bringing people together.
The Women’s Leadership Center at Williams Bay was designed from the ground up for convening. Set on the shore of Geneva Lake, the campus combines flexible meeting spaces, integrated technology, and a setting that gives people the time and space to think together.
From a focused day of conversation to a multi-day convening, the Center is built to host gatherings of many sizes and formats.
Designed with purpose
Every part of the Center creates the conditions for people to focus, speak openly, and think together.
Some conversations happen around a conference table; others take shape between sessions, over a meal, on a terrace overlooking the lake, or during a walk through the woods. The Center makes room for both the structured work of a convening and the moments in between that can be just as valuable.
Shaped around your convening
No two convenings are alike. Our team works with you to understand what you want to accomplish and shape the experience around your goals, your agenda, and the people you are bringing together.
Flexibility is built into the Center. Meeting spaces can be configured for different group sizes and formats, with technology that allows participants to connect across rooms or from anywhere in the world.
The campus itself is part of the experience. Conversations can move naturally from meeting rooms to shared meals, informal gathering spaces, terraces, and the surrounding landscape — creating room for both focused work and the connections and ideas that emerge between sessions.
Explore the Campus
Conference with colleagues around the world … or enjoy a solo walk in the woods. It’s all possible here.
The Council
The Center’s primary convening space, with meeting rooms designed to accommodate different group sizes and ways of working. Natural light, views of the surrounding landscape, and integrated technology carry throughout the building.
The Lodge
The heart of the campus. The Great Room overlooks Geneva Lake, the Treehouse Library offers a quieter setting for conversation or reflection, and the dining room and terrace create space for gathering beyond formal sessions.
The Cabin
A private, residential setting for visitors as well as smaller gatherings and focused conversations. With spaces for meeting, dining, and staying overnight, the Cabin offers the warmth and privacy of a home within the larger WLC campus.
