The WLC in action.

In August 2026, nearly 60 CEOs, founders, and C-suite women spent three days at the Center asking what still keeps women from the top, and what they could do about it. Drawing on decades of experience, they explored how their collective relationships, influence, and economic power could open doors for the women coming next.

Other gatherings have had entirely different aims. One group of 70 women spent a day and evening venturing far outside their own fields, choosing their own path through sessions led by women at the frontier of quantum science, law, climate, space, and more — before ending the night under a lunar eclipse. Another group of 130 people came together for a weekend that was part celebration, part exploration: two days of conversations spanning leadership, philanthropy, the future of work, and the rule of law, followed by an evening with the astronomers building the Giant Magellan Telescope.

Different questions. Different people. Different ways of spending time together. The Center was built to make room for all of them and to take its shape from what you want to accomplish here.
