Our vision is a future in which women are at the forefront of advancing and improving the world we live in.
The Center gives high-achieving women a place away from daily distractions to reflect and collaborate. Our special focus is on key areas where women have been under-represented historically but that we deem essential to how the world’s work gets done: Public and private enterprise, global supply chain, engineering and technology, infrastructure and design, and space and astrophysics.

If there’s one thing I learned from my time in space, it’s that no one is coming to solve our challenges. We’re all sharing Earth. If more of us could see it that way and rise above our differences, I don’t doubt we’d find creative ways to solve the problems that affect all of us.
