It’s almost time! Years of dreaming, planning, and building are paying off: Construction of the Women’s Leadership Center is approaching completion. To celebrate, our entire team recently visited campus together. It was really a moment: While every member of the team has played an important part in bringing this dream to life and many of us have visited campus often during construction, it was the first time we all stood side by side at the Center as one team and said, “We really did it. HERE WE GO!” What was once a vision is now reality. And taking in how we did it together was both thrilling and moving.
There’s still lots of finishing detail and a long punch list to tend to before we open our doors, but our joy and sense of accomplishment are huge. To envision something and make it happen is an incredible experience. As we begin 2026, a new sense of ownership is taking hold; we are transforming from a concept and construction site into a birthplace (we hope) of creativity, collaboration, and breakthrough thinking. We can’t thank our partners at Pepper Construction and Studio Gang enough for their contributions and hard work throughout. And we can’t wait to share our beautiful new campus with you — soon!
